Cultivé en altitude en Éthiopie et torréfié assez légèrement pour se boire davantage comme un thé au jasmin que comme un café. Le travail le plus intéressant s’est fait à la ferme; nous avons surtout essayé de ne pas tout gâcher. À son meilleur en café filtre, avant qu’il refroidisse.
