Pour over is where coffee shows its hand. No pressure, no crema — just hot water, ground coffee, and gravity. What comes out is what the bean has to say.
The coffees in this collection are roasted for filter brewing — V60, Chemex, Kalita, and most other dripper styles. They lean light to medium, so you get clarity: jasmine and bergamot from washed Ethiopians, blackcurrant and citrus from Kenyans, sugarcane and stone fruit from Latin America.
