Can I skip a month?

Yes — log into your account, hit Skip on the next order, and it'll roll to the following cycle. You can also push the delivery date by any number of days.

How do I change which coffee ships?

If you've are on the Repeat subscription plan you can log in to you account and change which coffee you'd like delivered next.

When does it ship?

We ship according to your subscription start date and frequency. If you selected monthly and ordered on January 1, we'll prepare a new shipment for you on the 1st of every month.

Is there a contract or commitment?

No. Cancel from your account any time, no questions asked. The 10% subscriber discount applies as long as the subscription is active.
