Medium-Dark Roast Coffee

The middle of the dial — long enough in the roaster to develop body and chocolate notes, short enough to keep the origin recognisable. Medium-dark is the broadest-shoulder roast in our lineup. It works in milk, it works as filter, and it sits comfortably as espresso.

Every coffee in this collection scores a 4 on the Tone roast scale, where 1 is the lightest and 5 is the darkest. Expect cocoa, dried fruit, brown sugar, and toasted nut — the deeper-end flavours, without the smoke and bitterness of full dark roasts.
