Light roast is where origin character lives. Roast a coffee just long enough to develop sweetness and lock in acidity, and you get a cup that tastes unmistakably of where it came from — jasmine, blackcurrant, stone fruit, raw cane sugar.
Every coffee in this collection scores 1 or 2 on the Tone roast scale, where 1 is the lightest we ship and 5 is the darkest. They're built for pour over and aeropress, though most pull a fine espresso too with the right grind.
