Once a season we find a lot worth the whole catalogue stopping for. Sixty kilos, maybe ninety. One process, one farm, one moment. We press it, we ship it, and when the last bag goes out the door, that's it — no repress, no "back in stock," no apology email a month later.
If you missed it, the archive remembers. Every past pressing kept on file, bag art intact, so you know what came before and what made it worth the stop.
Past pressings live in the archive. Liner notes, bag art, the lot story — kept on file even after the beans are gone.
